New Hire Trainer

As a New Hire Trainer at Russell Cellular, you will play a crucial role in preparing our field team members to succeed in their interactions with customers by facilitating webinars daily and developing new training content. Your focus will be on training new hires to equip them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in their roles and achieve their professional goals in selling Verizon products / services.
New Hire Trainer Primary Responsibilities :
- Host and facilitate webinar training to all Field New Hires Onboarded.
- Host and facilitate training webinars for company initiatives, updates and individual / district training opportunities.
- Create facilitation aids (PowerPoints, mentimeters, polls, quizzesetc), and training programs with training team.
- Maintain knowledge of updates to Russell Cellular and Verizon policy, procedures, systems, promotions.
Additional Responsibilities May Include :
Assist in the development and implementation of training paths in our LMSCollaborate with other Russell Cellular departments and partners to host / create trainingProvide feedback on projects / training initiatives for training programsAssist with updating and refreshing the training curriculumMaintain a dashboard of all project statuses, completion goals, backlog itemsProof learning documents and resources, including reportsHelp users troubleshoot issues with the webinars platformDrive engagement in the systems and ensure measurement across your area / companyDemonstrates a flexible, adaptive, and responsive approach to the needs of the learnerEngage in continual learning to strengthen personal knowledgeRecord training videosPartner with SME's to assist in personal developmentVisit local stores to maintain knowledge of sales process and day in the life of a field team memberQualifications Needed for Position :
Previous or current sales experiencePassion for teaching and training othersExperience in training adult learnersStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively in team projectsOrganized, resourceful, and positiveAdaptable and open to feedbackCommitment to integrity and providing an excellent employee experiencePay :
