Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of recent Kitchen Manager experience in full-service dining
• Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes
• Proven leadership ability
• Oversee all BOH duties & staff

Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Assist General Manager in hiring, training, motivating, coaching & developing BOH kitchen staff
• Ensure the highest quality of food goes out to every guest
• Food & supply orders, Inventories, schedules, and cost management
• Manage & maintain BOH equipment
