Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our CJDR service team. In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain CJDR vehicles with precision and care, ensuring our customers leave with peace of mind and top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs per Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram standards
• Accurately document work performed and recommended services
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle issues and repair timelines
• Use CJDR-specific tools, equipment, and software systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Stay current on manufacturer training and certification requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Automotive Technician Certification (ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred)
• 2+ years of automotive repair experience (CJDR experience a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a customer-first mindset
