Delivery Driver Full & Part Time

Logistically Straight, LLC (LSTR) is hiring dependable full- and part-time Delivery Drivers to join our team delivering Amazon packages from the DAU7 warehouse in Round Rock, TX.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $21.50 per hour

• Pay Increase: Eligible to earn up to $22.25 per hour after performance/metric evaluation and JJ Keller DOT certification

• Bonuses: Weekly performance incentives and overtime opportunities

• Schedule: Shifts run 810 hours, beginning at 11:00 AM (no early-morning shifts). Weekends required (at least one weekend day each week). Set weekly schedulesno MondayFriday only positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely deliver 150300 packages per shift to residences, apartments, and businesses.

• Complete assigned routes within scheduled shift.

• Provide driver "rescue" support when needed.

• Follow all company policies and safety protocols.

• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Age: 21 years or older.

• License: Valid U.S. driver's license.

• Background: Clean 7-year criminal and 7-year motor vehicle history.

• Physical: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Work Eligibility: Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Driving: Comfortable operating a large cargo van.
