Position Summary :

  • Tactical Wire Communications Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Technician to supervise technical staff for Duct Cleaning operations, maintenance, and compliance with SRNS project specifications.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and supervise the Duct Cleaning operation at SRNS.
  • Ensure adherence to SRNS technical standards, safety protocols, and project requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Safety Representative to meet operational goals.

    • Required Certifications & Documentation :

  • Relevant trade certifications (HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical as applicable).
  • OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification (minimum).
  • Manufacturer-specific certifications for equipment used (if applicable).
  • Ability to pass SRNS security clearance and background checks.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Proven experience leading technical teams on complex projects.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SRNS technical standards and compliance requirements.

    • Salary Range :

  • $34-$41 Employment Contingency : Position is contingent upon Tactical Wire Communications Solutions LLC being awarded the SRNS contract.
