Dallas–Fort Worth is booming. Roofs are everywhere, money is everywhere, and opportunities are unlimited — if you’re selling for the right company .

We’re hiring a Roofing Sales Rep ready to dominate commercial roofing, grow recurring revenue through service & maintenance contracts, and close high-value residential replacements.

This role is for someone who wants a career , not a side hustle — and wants to build a book of business that pays for years.

Compensation

  • Base salary
  • Uncapped commissions
  • High performers earn $200K–$300K+
  • Monthly bonuses + residuals on maintenance agreements
  • Company is scaling → your pipeline grows every year

    • This is real money in a real market with real support.

    Your Day-to-Day

  • Hunt for commercial opportunities across DFW
  • Build relationships with :

    • Property managers

    Commercial building owners

    Multifamily operators

    GC’s & facility managers

  • Inspect roofs, document issues, and create proposals
  • Sell :

    • Commercial roofing projects

    Service, Maintenance & Repairs

    Residential when needed (no door knocking required)

  • Work closely with ops & field teams who actually execute

    • We don’t burn bridges.

    We build repeat clients.
