About the Role

Join our dynamic team as the Vice President of Product Management, where you will drive strategic innovation for our core database services. We are looking for a visionary leader with a strong technical foundation in database architecture and high-availability systems, particularly focusing on PostgreSQL. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that enhances our database services to exceed enterprise expectations in scale, performance, and operational excellence.

Your expertise in integrating AI, ML, and vector indexing technologies into our database solutions will be essential in shaping the product roadmap and enhancing our community leadership. You will collaborate across teams, ensuring alignment while maintaining exceptional technical credibility. An established network in the database and open-source communities will be a significant asset as you inspire and expand our teams. We are seeking a candidate with a proven history in product leadership for mission-critical database platforms, focusing on OLTP and relational systems, paired with outstanding strategic communication skills.
