Marketplace Technical Advisor

Position Description

The ADP Marketplace team is looking for a Marketplace Technical Advisor (MTA) team member to join one of the fastest growing products. The ADP Marketplace () allows customers to purchase integrated products and digitally connect existing products with our incredible group of Partner’s applications. As an MTA, you will help our partners build, document, deliver, and enable customers on these partner apps.

Responsibilities:

· Work with ADP Partners to build integrated solution’s in the Marketplace

· Act as a product owner for the integration

· Act as a SME for partner questions for the product(s) they are integrating with

· Create and maintain integration guides, partner documentation, and integration specifications

· Ensure partners have all the tools to successfully launch their app in the Marketplace

· Advises partners on best practices and project timelines

· Empower partners to connect to ADP Products via APIs

Required Skills:

· Understanding of APIs, Web Services, and API Tools (ex: Postman)

· Ability to act as a consultant between internal ADP systems and external 3rd party partners

· Seek out answers to product questions through the ADP organization

· Previous experience as an Integration and/or Interface consultant

· Familiarity with at least 1 HCM Vertical (Benefits, HR/Payroll, Talent, ERP, etc).

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Proven ability to analyze requirements

· Demonstrates systematic approach to work, logically solve problems, address opportunities/obstacles with minimal assistance

· Acts as owner and team player

· Work in a global environment
