Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Description

UNC Health Medical Group is currently seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician (MD / DO) to join our network at our new UNC Family Medicine at Wendell Falls clinic. This practice will be a full-service family practice, treating both children and adults.

Qualifications of the ideal candidate include :

• MD / DO;
• Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine;
• Previous experience supervising or working with advanced practice providers is a plus;
• New grads are encouraged to apply;
• Demonstrated customer service orientation; ability to resolve difficult situations constructively;
• Ability to work effectively with providers, clinical staff, and administration;
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, at all levels within an organization.

Education Requirements :

Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.

Licensure / Certification Requirements :

DEA;ACLS;MD / DO

Professional Experience Requirements :

Prefer prior experience.

Knowledge / Skills / and Abilities Requirements :

Language Skills : Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.

REASONING ABILITY

High-level quantitative and qualitative reason skills are essential in order to diagnosis medical and clinical issues presented by patients.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS / ACLS certification preferred. Board certified in Family Medicine.
