Responsibilities

Purpose :

Perform one or more of the following routine clerical responsibilities according to specific and detailed accounting procedures or the managements direction.

Essential Duties :

• Accounts Payable - process payments and respond to inquiries.
• Accounts Receivable- apply payment to open accounts.
• Report Preparation - by preparing balance sheet details, cargo insurance report, and year-end balance listings.
• Conduct audits and file documents.
• General business support function as assigned.

Salary : $19.00 - $22.00

This salary range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs, and other considerations permitted by law. At NEU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
