Foreman

Location :  Clackamas, OR

Pay :  $25 - $32 / HR

Key Responsibilities :

• Installs fence such as chain link, wood, vinyl, ornamental iron, and farm on a daily basis.
• Works closely with Project Managers to ensure the project is on time and completed to specifications.
• Uses welder, digging equipment, bobcat, hand and power tools to complete installation jobs
• Follow all safety policies and practices. Ensures that all safety concerns are reported immediately to a manager or member of the Safety Committee. Instills a safe work environment in their own practices and in others.
• Works closely with customer to meet specific need and concerns.
• Reads drawings of fence specifications and materials lists.
• Loads install trucks with required materials for each job.
• May occasionally work out of town on projects, as needed. This might require overnight travel.
• Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
• Displays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with customers and coworkers including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Respectfully takes direction from manager.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 / hr.
