'Floating between departments and or local locations within 20 miles is required.

Selected candidates MUST SUCCESSFULLY PASS a BCA (Basic Cardiac Arrythmia) test. Candidates will not be able to start an assignment until they have passed this onsite administered test. Should they fail, candidates will have one opportunity to re-test, a second failure will result in contract cancellation and all applicable fees will be enforced.

Job Summary : .

Unit 800 is a low turn over pt population not an acute care setting offering a long term stay. Patient population is Medically complex awaiting community placement. Med / Surg level patients however the facility does not have a direct escalation path to the ICU so we are looking for strong nurses that are capable of recognizing de escalting and deteriorating patient care. Charge experience is preferred but not required. Weekends as needed On call / Call back As needed.
