Position: Relocation Coordinator Location: Denver, CO
Job Id: 492 # of Openings: 1 Bailey's Moving and Storage, one of the oldest and best-known moving and storage companies, is seeking an experienced Relocation Coordinator to join our Moving and Storage team. This position will assist our sales team and customers in coordinating relocation services for households, corporate customers, and international customers for our Denver, Colorado, region. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and confident person to work within the team environment. As a candidate, you will be responsible for managing, directing, and overseeing the daily procedures of the relocation process. This person must be available during regular business hours and reachable during those hours for our customers. An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an exceptional communicator, and have writing skills. We are looking for an energetic person who works accurately, has an eye for detail, and can multitask. Someone who enjoys being challenged and can handle complex situations in the best interest of both the customer and the company. Dependability is of the utmost importance. We want the candidate to have a unique way of handling complex situations when issues arise. This position is not remote and will work in the office Monday - Friday. Responsibilities
  • Must be able to make appointments and "ballpark" quotes for the customers.
  • Liaison for relocation process to customers and operations teams, answering questions and concerns, resolving all issues internally and externally related to the relocation, and responding to unique requests.
  • Communication with sales, customers, operations, and moving teams to coordinate the process.
  • Perform other duties/jobs as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and frequently change deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team, supervisor, and other company personnel.
  • Proficiency with all standard computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Reader, etc.)
  • Constant positive and energetic attitude
  • Proper telephone etiquette
  • Ability to read, speak, and write fluently in English.
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Highly motivated and willing to learn new skills.
  • Must have 2-3 years of Moving and Storage experience.
  • Must have some experience in the Van Line industry.
