• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
• 1 surgery per day average
• 1-2 weekday calls and 1 weekend per month no ER call
• 100% hospital-based practice
• Patient mix : 95% pediatric, 4% neonate, 1% adult
• Complex cardiac procedures including valve repair and congenital defects
• Thoracic and chest wall procedures required
• Call back rate approximately 10%
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
