ACLS and PALS certification (ATLS is not required). Procedure Logs - 24 months required. 3 peer references, Immunizations, current flu, PHS requires the first two vaccines-monovalent 2 doses OR one Bivalent dose or completion of Covid 19 Vaccination form (if available- not required) and Department Chairperson reference. ABPS/NBPAS is not an acceptable board certification at Dan C. Trigg Hospital. Will the facility accept alternative boards? ABPS? No RESIDENCY TRAINED REQUIREMENTS see above ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BALS Required? ATLS required for ALL If a provider is board-certified in Emergency Medicine, ACLS and PALS are waived. ATLS is required. If not board certified in Emergency Medicine, the provider must have ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and documentation of their last 5 intubations.
