A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to provide administrative and analytical support for various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding paperwork and maintain accurate employee records
Respond to HR-related inquiries and assist with employment verifications
Coordinate required company trainings and track performance assessments
Required Qualifications
Two to four years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with multi-state operations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
HRCI, SHRM, or related certification is highly desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contract requirements
