Title Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Title Clerk.

Job Duties – Responsibilities

• Process Titles & Registrations : Handle all paperwork for vehicle ownership transfer, including applications and license plates, for new, used, and wholesale vehicles.
• DMV Liaison : Submit legal transfer documents to the Texas DMV and ensure all filings comply with state regulations.
• Document Accuracy : Verify customer information, funds collected, and lienholder payoffs are correct before processing.
• Record Keeping : Maintain detailed, accurate records of all title and registration transactions and outstanding work.
• Reporting : Provide monthly reports to management on missing titles and uncollected funds.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with specific state forms and procedures for vehicle titling and registration in Texas is crucial.
