Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant (R12.2.X On-Prem)

Location : Minneapolis MN (Onsite / Hybrid as per client)

Experience : 15 Years

Type : Contract / Long-term (as applicable)

Environment : Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.X (On-Prem)

Role Summary

We are seeking a senior Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant with 15 years of hands-on EBS experience to support and enhance a large-scale Oracle R12.2.X on-premise manufacturing environment . The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to support ongoing operations improvements and production issues.

Mandatory Functional Modules

The candidate must have strong real-time project experience in the following Oracle Manufacturing modules :

  • Inventory

Subinventories locators material transactions

  • Cycle counting on-hand reconciliation
  • Work in Process (WIP)

    • Discrete jobs job transactions completions

  • WIP accounting and variance analysis
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)

    • BOM structures revisions effectivity control

  • Cost Management

    • Standard costing cost rollups

  • WIP variances (material resource overhead)
  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

    • Preventive maintenance

  • Asset work orders and scheduling
  • Production Scheduling

    • Detailed scheduling resource constraints

  • Shop floor execution support
  • Quality

    • Inspection plans quality results

  • Integration with WIP Inventory Receiving

    • Key Skills
