Job Title : Entry Level Events Assistant

Job Type : Full-time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start their careers in the events industry and gain hands-on experience in planning and executing a variety of events. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will work closely with our event coordinators and managers to support the preparation, organization, and execution of events ranging from corporate meetings to large educational conferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to conclusion.
  • Support event logistics including venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Prepare event materials such as programs, invitations, and promotional items.
  • Assist with event setup, monitoring event progress, and breakdown after events.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
