Job Description

The Project Controls Manager will lead cost control, scheduling, and risk management for complex capital design and construction projects in biopharma, pharmaceutical, and advanced technology markets. This role ensures projects meet CRB’s high standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction , while maintaining profitability and schedule integrity.

Responsibilities

• Cost Management & Forecasting :

Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor expenditures, and manage change orders.

Create and update integrated project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and reporting.

Prepare monthly reports on cost, schedule, and performance metrics for internal and client review.

Guide project control staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
