This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and providing an exceptional experience to lenders, brokers, and clients.What Youll Do : Process and manage title files from order through closingReview title commitments and clear curative itemsCoordinate with lenders, realtors, underwriters, and clientsOrder and verify payoffs, HOA documents, and tax certificatesPrepare and review settlement statements (CD / HUD)Ensure files meet compliance and underwriter standardsDeliver outstanding communication and service throughout each transactionWhat Were Looking For : 2+ years of title processing or curative experience preferredKnowledge of title and escrow proceduresExperience with Qualia or similar title software (preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and follow-throughPositive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented, in-office environmentWhy Youll Love Working Here : Competitive pay based on experienceCollaborative, supportive team cultureModern office environment with the latest title technologyOpportunity to grow with a nationally expanding title company
