Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to improve our emergency response training platform. You will work closely with our data science and software engineering teams to identify opportunities for using machine learning to enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to improve our emergency response training platform

- Work with our data science team to identify and collect relevant data for training and testing machine learning models

- Collaborate with our software engineering team to integrate machine learning models into our existing platform

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make necessary improvements

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and incorporate them into our products and services

- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, clustering, and deep learning

- Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
