Full-time Monday through Friday with some Saturdays Employee discounts on vehicles and services. Opportunities for career advancement within the Volvo network Coordinate daily service appointments and manage scheduling. Serve as the first point of contact for service customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and management. Dispatch service valet and shuttle drivers Write repair orders as needed Prepare estimates on used cars for used car department Dispatch repair orders to proper technicians Maintain accurate service records and assist with warranty documentation. Support the Service Manager in organizing workflow and monitoring department performance. Uphold Volvos commitment to safety, quality, and customer care. Prior experience in automotive service coordination or dealership operations preferred A general knowledge of automobiles is required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid in-state driver's license Please upload your resume.
