Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Online Information Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to our clients and stakeholders through online platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to navigate various digital tools and databases effectively. As an Online Information Clerk, you will handle inquiries, manage online data entry, and assist with maintaining the integrity of our information systems. Your role will involve monitoring communications through email and chat platforms, responding to customer requests with professionalism and efficiency, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure that our information delivery aligns with company standards. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an information clerk or similar role is desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in using online communication tools and databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and procedures.
