Oklahoma RN Care Manager

A company is looking for an RN Care Manager - PRN Days.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients from clinical, social, and financial perspectives and coordinate post-discharge needs

Act as a clinical and financial resource for patients and interdisciplinary team members

Perform utilization review and communicate coverage information with third-party payers and clinical providers

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in various clinical settings (home health, inpatient, physician office, clinic)

Current RN licensure in the State of Oklahoma or multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact member state

BLS certification issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred

Experience with managed care and payer / provider requirements preferred
