We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team! We offer flexible schedules tailored to maximize your life-work balance. Along with a competitive salary, earn quarterly incentives as well!

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a passionate clinician with excellent clinical skills who is dedicated to the highest levels of evidence-based outcomes for those we have the honor of treating. The candidate :

• Must have an understanding of OT protocols in the ALF setting
• Must have an understanding of Part B case building
• Must love the senior living population
• Must have a creative interdisciplinary approach to patient care

Manual therapy skills, creative dementia possible care and experience with RehabOptima a plus!

New to the OT field or a newly graduated OT? We have an incredible mentorship program to help launch your career into this fastest-growing field of healthcare.

Education : Graduate Degree from an accredited OT program required

Licensure : Licensed in the State of Iowa or in process of application, CPR certification
