Position : Entry-Level Automotive Sales Consultant

Location : Key Cars Auto Group – Multiple Dealerships Across Connecticut

Job Type : Full-Time | In-Store | Entry-Level Auto Sales

Who We’re Looking For :

Friendly, driven individuals with a passion for helping people

No prior auto sales experience required—we provide full training

Strong communication skills and a positive, coach able attitude

Comfortable with basic technology and eager to learn

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excited about building a career

High school diploma or GED required

Bilingual a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do :

Welcome customers to the dealership and help guide them through the vehicle selection process

Learn to present features, benefits, and pricing with confidence and professionalism

Follow up with customers and maintain relationships through CRM tools

Participate in paid training to build product knowledge, digital retailing skills, and closing techniques

Collaborate with managers and mentors to hit your goals and prepare for promotion opportunities
