The primary purpose of the Managing Associate is to assist the Firm leadership team in the overall marketing, growth, and development of the Firm.
Responsibilities:- Achieve an annual recruiting target of at least three new hires.
- Maintain personal production standards required to qualify for Leaders Club recognition.
- Partner with the Managing Director to identify strategic target markets and execute recruiting and training initiatives that capitalize on emerging growth opportunities.
- Engage consistently in company-sponsored leadership development programs to expand capabilities and prepare for increased responsibilities in an evolving business environment.
Qualifications:- 2–3 years of sales experience within the insurance industry preferred, including exposure to field leadership or agency distribution models.
- Proven Producer Group Leader with an existing team or a demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and grow a team over time.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect across diverse backgrounds and levels, facilitating meaningful conversations around career aspirations, performance, and personal values.
- Strong passion for developing talent, with the ability to coach, mentor, supervise, and hold others accountable to achieve measurable results. Skilled at adapting leadership style to individual strengths and development needs while reinforcing firm, Home Office, and industry best practices.
- Clear understanding of the firm’s mission, values, and culture, with the ability to model and embed them within the team.
- Self-motivated and business-minded, demonstrating initiative, urgency, and sound judgment in driving results.
- Working knowledge of training platforms, products, and development resources, and the ability to apply them effectively to accelerate growth.
- Highly organized with strong planning skills, enabling consistent personal productivity and operational excellence.
