Overview
Were seeking a Content Creator and Social Media Specialist to develop creative videos that help build our social presence, whilst showing founders and business owners how and why to implement CodeWords for their businesses. You have a blank slate so youll need to be excited about testing and iterating on content formats to see what works. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who wants to create content for a category-defining and growing brand, whilst having full autonomy to do so.
What youll do
- End-to-end content creation : Concept, script, film, edit, and publish short-form video content primarily across TikTok and Instagram.
- Product & use-case storytelling : Show how easy it is to start using CodeWords and highlight real business automation use cases in a clear, engaging way.
- On-camera brand presence : Serve as a recurring on-screen face of the CodeWords brand.
- Multi-platform strategy : Adapt formats, tone, and pacing across channels to maximise reach and engagement.
- Brand building : Help grow and humanize the CodeWords brand with clarity, personality, and humor.
- Bonus : experience with B2C, SaaS, or AI / tech brands.

We work in a hybrid model where we meet in the office a few days a week on a flexible basis. We are currently hiring people who can physically be in London or San Francisco, but can make exceptions for certain roles.
