Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $31-36, DOE

Position Summary
The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This individual will provide administrative support, maintain an organized and welcoming workplace, and assist leadership and staff with scheduling, meetings, and office logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars for leadership, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment.
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and kitchen supplies.
- Coordinate catering for meetings, events, and internal gatherings.
- Prepare and set up meeting spaces, including logistics and materials for board meetings.
- Assist with general office organization and ensure common areas remain clean and well stocked.
- Support administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Notary Public certification highly preferred.
