Review and prepare accurate filing packages for warranty labor and parts rate increase requests

Ensure compliance with manufacturer rules and respond to inquiries regarding filing status

Stay updated on manufacturer policies and contribute to process improvements

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in an automotive dealership service department

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document preparation tools

Understanding of manufacturer warranty policies and guidelines

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
