As an airline, safety is our most important principle. Our Corporate Safety team is responsible for making sure safety is top of mind in every action we take. From conducting flight safety investigations and educating pilots on potential safety threats to implementing medical programs and helping prevent employee injuries, our team is instrumental in running a safe and successful airline for our customers and employees. This is a Chicago-based, hybrid position with up to 50% travel.
Job Overview and Responsibilities
This position supports the UA Corporate Internal Evaluation Program (IEP) which is based upon FAA Advisory Circular 120-59B, UA Corporate Business Manual (CBM), Internal Evaluation Program Manual (IEPM), IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) and Department of Defense (DoD) guidelines. Conducts safety and quality reviews of company systems and programs; international, domestic, and regional code-share partners and evaluates the effectiveness of all UA operating divisions compliance & conformance to standard operating policy, procedure and regulatory requirements.

The base pay range for this role is $81,795.00 to $106,602.00. The base salary range / hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and / or long-term incentive compensation awards.
