Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess patient needs and prioritize care. Ability to lead, educate, and communicate effectively with a healthcare team. Full Wage Range : $44-$60 / hr DOE and Seniority
Shift differentials avail $2 / $3hr for Eve / NOC shifts
As an RN at Mountain View Post Acute, you will provide high-quality care to residents, manage nursing staff, and ensure that our facility maintains the highest standards of healthcare. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff, ensuring they follow proper protocols and provide excellent care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed and monitor for effectiveness and side effects.
- Monitor patient progress, document observations, and report significant changes to physicians and family members.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families to enhance their understanding of healthcare needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and infection control policies.
