A company is looking for a Regional Director - PIP.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the growth, development, and performance of a high-producing insurance agency
Develop new agents and drive recruiting pipelines while hosting community events
Ensure personal and team sales goals are consistently achieved and foster a culture of growth and professionalism
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proven leadership experience in the insurance industry
Experience in recruiting and training agents
Strong background in community engagement and relationship management
Ability to produce a minimum of 10 applications per month during ROY and 10 applications per week during AEP
Commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and service
