Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid Member / Managed Care.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate a business analyst team's duties and provide guidance to newer members

Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements

Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support client technology goals

Required Qualifications

6 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare industry, with 4 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred

3 or more years of Member or Managed Care experience required

Knowledge of computer programming concepts such as configuration and development

Advanced knowledge in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL

Strong leadership skills to motivate team members and communicate effectively with stakeholders
