Description :
- Manages the operation of the pharmacy department, including responsibility for human resources, cost and financial accountabilities of the department.
- Supports the director in managing the pharmacy operations.
- Implements and enforces policies and procedures.
- Oversees inventory management, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
