Key Responsibilities

Oversee global payroll processing, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payments

Evaluate and recommend payroll technologies to enhance efficiency and support scalability

Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Tax teams to establish payroll processes in new jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in payroll, with at least 5 years in a global payroll leadership position

Extensive experience with international payroll operations and compliance

Proficiency with Workday payroll module and other payroll-related technologies

Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
