A company is looking for a Manager, Development to oversee a team of engineers and ensure best practices in software development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, promoting quality and continuous improvement
Collaborate with Product Management to execute the technical roadmap and improve system stability
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and drive improvements in software delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
8+ years of related experience in software development and management
Proven experience as a Development / Engineering Manager or in a similar role
Experience as a Product Owner / Manager is a plus
