Role Summary
This role oversees global hotel network environments to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing network services. The representative leads daily operations, configuration governance, and hardware/software lifecycle management for a global consulting organization. This position serves as a primary point of contact for hotel and corporate stakeholders, ensuring service transparency and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day global network operations, ensuring high availability and adherence to SOPs.
  
  
• Lead incident and problem management activities to drive timely resolution and root cause elimination.
  
  
• Oversee configuration management, network policy compliance, ACL reviews, and ITIL-aligned change processes.
  
  
• Manage the lifecycle of network hardware/software, including upgrades, patches, vendor escalations, and compliance requirements (PCI/SOX).
  
  
• Serve as a primary interface for hotel leadership and IT stakeholders for expectation management.
  
  
• Support new hotel openings and network expansion, including deployments of WAN circuits and wireless systems.
  
  

Required Skills

• 12+ years in network operations/engineering within global or distributed environments.
  
  
• 10+ years of experience in Network Routing, Switching, Wireless, LAN, and Enterprise Network operations.
  
  
• Active Certifications: CCNA and CCNP Routing and Switching.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of WAN and enterprise monitoring tools.
  
  
• Experience with ITIL processes and configuration/change governance.

• Detailed Service Management skills to manage client delivery expectations.
