[job_card.job_description]Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points within the commercial real estate location. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site procedures. Interact professionally with visitors, tenants, and staff while upholding site policies and protocols. Remain alert to potential security-related concerns and report any unusual circumstances to the appropriate personnel. Carry and responsibly handle a firearm in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Allied Universal policies. Possess an armed guard card or armed guard license as required by state and / or local laws and regulations. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Guard - Armed Commercial Patrol in Nashville, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves interacting with tenants and visitors, providing outstanding customer service, and addressing any security-related concerns.
