Full-Time Registered Nurse

Seniornest is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our this role you will provide high-quality nursing care to our senior clients in the comfort of their homes ensuring their health and well-being are maintained with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes including medication administration wound care and monitoring of vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians therapists and family members to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress treatments and any changes in condition accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and families about health management disease prevention and post-treatment care.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions as necessary.
