About the Role:
The Value & Access AI and Technology Solutions Team provides SaaS offerings and analytical tools for the Life Sciences industry worldwide. Our combination of healthcare data, software, and consulting expertise helps pharmaceutical companies make better strategic and operational decisions, influencing pipeline planning, portfolio management, and forecasting models.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will help build the next generation of web-based SaaS tools. You will work closely with developers, data scientists, and product managers to structure problems, develop tools, and deliver solutions that meet the needs of the Life Sciences industry.

We focus on building real-time, data-focused, and elegant solutions. You will develop, pilot, and deploy new products while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.

• Translate business requirements into structured, data-driven software applications.

• Develop, pilot, and deploy SaaS tools for the Life Sciences industry.

• Apply AI techniques such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, fine-tuning, advanced prompt engineering, and GraphRAG.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Contribute to analytics and modeling efforts that support better decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Up to years of experience in full-stack web application development.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: JavaScript, C, .NET, Java, or C/C++.

• Experience with AI-based coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and AI techniques (RAG, fine-tuning, AI Agents, prompt engineering).

• Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases (or willingness to learn).

• Direct experience building tools or models that help customers make better data-driven decisions.

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.

• Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and disciplined work habits.

• Interest in life sciences or healthcare.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a relevant technical field (or equivalent experience).
