Occupational Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 3 years Licenses: OT-OR References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

2+ YRS EXP

OUTPTIENT

MUST have Hand Therapy EXP

Preferable to be a Certified Hand Therapist
