Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will identify, develop, sell and service customers in the ready-mix/concrete and building materials market. Responsible for consulting, bidding projects, customer service, generating new business, retaining/growing existing business and participating in trade associations and community involvement for assigned territories.

Building strong relationships with new and existing customers. Preparing and managing quotes, orders, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Developing business strategies to increase market share. Networking at industry and community events to promote our products and services. Resolving billing, quality, and service issues with a positive attitude.

Enjoy the excitement of local travel, spending 80% of your time meeting clients and exploring new opportunities. Occasionally, you'll get to travel domestically, broadening your horizons and growing your network.

Competitive edge: Your high school diploma is required, and if you have a Bachelor's degree, that's a bonus! You have 5+ years of sales experience. Your general knowledge of ready-mix concrete products and building materials sets you apart. Prior construction experience preferred.

Essential skills: Your excellent customer service skills will shine. You'll leverage your proficiency in Microsoft Suite to stay organized and efficient. Your strong communication and problem-solving abilities will help you excel. You're great at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
