Responsibilities

Center Directors will support our Center Manager in 5 key areas :

1. Student assessments and consultations

2. Developing and maintaining strong parent relationships

3. Developing and training our instructional staff

4. Maintaining center expectations and quality

5. Measuring center performance through our key performance indicators (KPIs)

Benefits / Perks (Full-Time)

Performance Bonus 10% of annual base pay + Team Bonus 10% of annual base pay - CDs that meet specific student thresholds will earn bonus Profit Sharing Plan - CDs that meet specific student thresholds will earn bonus (8 - 12% of profit annually)

Compensation : $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
