Candidates with established connections within the local medical community will be highly preferred, as these relationships will be critical in fostering partnerships and driving referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the agency's services and attract new clients.

• Engage in community outreach, including networking events and meet-and-greet opportunities, to build awareness and generate leads.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the medical community to secure referrals for new clients.

• Educate potential clients and stakeholders about the agency's services, ensuring clear communication of benefits and offerings.

• Conduct in-home visits to onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive initial experience with our agency.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in meeting the demands of a dynamic start-up environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales, preferably within the healthcare or homecare sector.

• Strong existing relationships within the local medical community is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for engaging and educating diverse audiences.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities.
