Travel Rad Tech jobs in Charlotte, NC let you work with a variety of patients including inpatient, observation, outpatient, and emergency department cases. You will provide imaging in the emergency department, fluoroscopy, operating room using c-arm and o-arm, and portable x-rays. The x-ray team also rotates to an on-campus rehab facility for fluoro, general x-ray, and portable imaging. You must hold ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and BLS, and be able to rotate through fluoro, OR, portable, and emergency department areas. Experience with EMR systems like EPIC, RIS such as Epic Radiant, and PACS like Philips iSite is required. Department equipment includes GE Precision 500D R&F rooms, Shimadzu RadSpeed for the ED, Shimadzu MD8 and Konica mKDR Xpress portables, GE OEC Elite C-arms, and Medtronic O-arm.
