Duston Dougherty Electric (DDE) is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. You will work on diverse electrical projects, providing top-notch service while ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Electrical Installations : Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.

Code Compliance : Ensure all work adheres to the latest electrical codes and safety standards.

Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot electrical issues, offering effective and timely solutions.

Safety Practices : Uphold safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with foremen and apprentices to complete projects on time and within budget.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of work performed and report to the management team as needed.

The ideal candidate should possess :

Preferred License : California General Electrician's License.

Experience : 4+ years of hands-on electrical experience, including troubleshooting, installations, and repairs.

Technical Skills : Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring schematics, and electrical codes.

Computer Proficiency : Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook); experience with Bluebeam is a plus.

Physical Requirements : Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including climbing ladders and working at heights.

Team-Oriented : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, team-player attitude.
