The Position:
Project Coordinator supports management of and execution of the business of supporting engineering needs of Tower Engineering Solutions clients. Specifically, this involves support and management of deliverables to various customers, from the carrier, tower owner, manufacturer and consulting ends. The Project Coordinator may be an entry level position starting within the wireless telecommunications industry. The Project Coordinator supports multiple projects from the time the client requests specific services, through completion of the engineering deliverables and management / procurement of fees.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

• Assist Engineering Project Management Team in fulfilling customer’s needs, including assessing orders, opening services, sending PORs, managing POs (1,000-2,000 service count weekly)
  • Review incoming orders to determine appropriate service
    • Open all services in tool
  • Update database with pertinent project notes and saving documents as they are received
  • Manage Purchase Orders:
• Deliver engineering reports, updating customer database, cloning appropriate sub-services, submitting additional PORs as needed
• Invoice logging
• Send POR to customerLog all incoming POs and adjust for change orders
• Support PSTV with job opening, cloning and overflow tasks for all alliance partners
• Constant review of data in tools to search for and correct naming and numbering convention errors
• Update database with pertinent project notes and save documents as they are received
• Review PMI portal for uploaded documents and activate services
• Receive Construction Drawing orders and sort for proper information
  • Work with CAD teams to complete the site visit, LE, Zoning drawing, Pre-Construction Drawing, & Final Construction Drawing suite as needed.
• Support Finance: Invoices Review, Logging, Conflict Resolution
• Resolve RFDS conflicts
• Provide equipment summaries to internal & external partners
• Liaison between customer & engineering team, as required
