What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (MHA or MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of laboratory leadership experience in an integrated delivery system
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, managing change, and driving operational excellence
• Experience with LIS systems (EPIC Beaker preferred) and regulatory compliance
